Up to 300 staff are housed on 8 floors over a total of 56,000 square feet. The office building creates a relaxed working environment including a bar and restaurant in the basement and balconies offering panoramic views of St Paul’s and London.

An abundance of natural light is complemented by natural materials such as metal and timber. Every floor is colour coded to give each its own identity using rich colours such as blue, gold and apple green.

A corian and timber reception desk is the focal point in the reception area with the receptionists sitting at eye level with visitors/clients. The waiting area comprises soft seating cubes and internet kiosks.

The offices are mainly open plan with circulation routes punctuated by circular ‘cores’. These are break out units made of birch faced ply slats. The breakout units are used for informal meetings and provide separate workspaces from the offices.
