Redjacket have been working with Glasgow airport since September 2009. We have been contracted as part of a £25m regeneration project to develop a refined and simplified route through the airport, viewing the entire customer journey from arrival at the airport, through check in, security and on to

boarding. The aim is to improve the customer experience and also to raise revenue generated through improved retail opportunities. The initial feasibility study has now been completed and the first construction phase is about to begin. This is the first of three onsite stages which will run over the next three

years, scheduled to transform the airport and customer experience, while avoiding the airport’s key trading periods.
